Lumineers® & Veneers
Lumineers can give you a beautiful smile that is permanent, pleasant and
painless. The porcelain used for Lumineers is the strongest leucite-reinforced
ceramic on the market.
Dental Lumineers can be made thinner than traditional dental veneers. They
can be as thin as a contact lens. Since the porcelain veneer in Lumineers
is thinner, it closely resembles natural teeth and it does not require
the removal of sensitive tooth structure. This eliminates the need for
anesthetic shots and the possibility of sensitivity afterward.
The Lumineers process takes just two visits! During the first visit, we
will take a mold of your teeth and select a shade of white for your teeth
so your custom Lumineers can be created. During your second visit, we
apply the Lumineers which takes about an hour.
Veneers can correct almost any smile issue. These thin shells are made
of porcelain, giving it the look and strength of natural, functioning
teeth. Porcelain veneers are thin sheets of ceramic that bond directly
to the front of the teeth. When bonded to the teeth, they are near impossible
to detect and highly resistant to foods and drinks that stain the teeth.
For strength and appearance, their similarity to healthy, white tooth
enamel is unrivaled by other restorative options.
You can have your new smile with dental veneers in as little as two visits.
During your first visit, we remove a thin layer of the tooth enamel and
take a precise mold of your teeth in order to create the veneers. While
your custom veneers are being made you will wear temporary veneers to
keep your smile looking great. Then at your next visit, we apply your
veneers, completing your smile transformation.
