Meet Our Doctors
Kevin M. Brewer, DDS
Dr. Brewer graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in the top ten percent of his class, and went on to complete a highly prized dental residency at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis, where he received advanced training in all areas of dentistry.
He has participated in countless continuing education programs in order to stay informed about the latest developments in dentistry and give his patients the best care available. He completed courses on advanced IV sedation and nitrous oxide at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He is trained in advanced cardiac life support and has attended classes on new cosmetic dentistry techniques, intraoral photography, surgical implants, and root canal therapy, among other subjects.
In addition to continuing education programs, he's also actively involved in several professional organizations and has held numerous leadership positions. He formerly served on the Council of Member's Insurance and Retirement for the American Dental Association. He also served for many years as chairman of the Insurance Committee for the Montana Dental Association.

Outside of the office, Dr. Brewer enjoys spending time with his wife, Pier, and is the proud father of a college-age son and daughter. As an active member of the Billings community, he has been a Little League baseball coach and a Cub Scout den leader. He makes mouthguards for local football teams every year, and visits elementary schools to educate children about dental health. He's also an avid outdoorsman, and likes to ski (water and snow) whenever he gets the chance.
E. Wade Wilde, DMD
Dr. Wilde graduated from the well respected Oregon Health and Science University dental school. He was born and raised in south eastern Idaho and has a deep love for the Rocky Mountains and the beautiful northwest. Dr. Wilde joined the highly qualified and friendly staff as an associate dentist to Dr. Kevin Brewer.
Among the strengths and qualities that Dr. Wilde adds to the successful practice is his commitment to pursue excellence in all things, and his desire to meaningfully add to the beautiful and thriving community of Billings. These ideals match closely with the ethics and goals that Dr. Brewer has established here with over 20 years of outstanding service.
In dental school, Dr. Wilde was a unanimous recipient of the Go-The-Extra-Mile Award as voted on by the faculty and his student colleagues. He served for four years as the class president, student council representative, and student advocate. Other opportunities for skill development and community service came while volunteering for the Special Olympics, Special Smiles, Celebration of Smiles, and as an organizer for the Portland, Oregon, Give Kids a Smile program from 2004 to 2006.
Additional honors include the Oregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Award, the American College of Dentists-General Dentistry, four-time recipient of the Rose Award for service, the Stephen P. Peglow Award (the top honor of OHSU graduates) and an Eagle Scout Award. Dr. Wilde intends to continue his commitment to community service, continued education, and professionalism.
In his spare time, Dr. Wilde enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, hunting, baseball, basketball, and spending time with his wife and children.
Benjamin R. Holloway, DMD
Dr. Benjamin Holloway graduated from the prestigious Oregon Health Science University School of Dentistry. He was awarded for outstanding achievement in patient care, communication, efficiency, empathy, training skills, and delegation. He's participated in Give Kids a Smile and served with the Northwest Medical Team providing volunteer dental work to grade school children.
Dr. Holloway joined Brewer Dental Center in 2007 and has dedicated himself to providing the best dental care available to the Billings community and its surrounding areas. In addition to his dental education, Dr. Holloway has completed advance training in cardiac life support and conscious sedation allowing him to safely provide IV sedation for his patients. He attends countless continuing education programs in all aspects of dentistry allowing him to stay current in new dental advancements and techniques.

Raised in southeast Idaho, Dr. Holloway excelled in academics and sports. He was a football, basketball, and baseball standout and went on to play college football where he was named Academic All American. He graduated from Idaho State University in the top 10 percent of the School of Business with a BBA in Computer Information Systems. He was inducted in the Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program. He's also an Eagle Scout.
When Dr. Holloway is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Natalie, and their three children. He is an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys all there is that Montana has to offer. He particularly enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, golfing, camping, winter skiing, and occasionally playing the piano
Russell S. Homer, DDS
Dr. Homer graduated with high honors from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California, in the top ten percent of his class. He received the Highest Clinical Scholarship for top clinical performance in all dental disciplines. He is a member of the Tau Kappa Omega and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Societies, which recognize scholarship and character in dentistry.
Dr. Homer was born and raised in Utah's Salt Lake area. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Medical Biology and a minor in Biochemistry. He has received additional course and clinical training in implant placement and restoration, cosmetics, Invisalign®, and complex restorative techniques. He is committed to lifelong learning and pursuing excellence in all he does. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also an Eagle Scout.
At the University of the Pacific, he actively participated in community outreach programs aimed to provide health services to the elderly, youth, and underserved populations. He looks forward to opportunities to reach out and serve the Billings community.
Outside the office, Dr. Homer enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, and their children. His interests include basketball, golf, tennis, fishing, snowboarding, traveling, and exploring the beautiful state of Montana.
M. Bryant Low, DMD
Dr. Low is passionate about dentistry and quality care for his patients. He is committed to excellence and strives to give each patient the best treatment possible and have an enjoyable dental experience.
Dr. Low graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He has received training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and endodontics, and has completed post doctorate advanced training in implant placement and ClearCorrect™ invisible orthodontics. During dental school, Dr. Low served in numerous community outreach programs at public health clinics. He also participated in the Sports Dentistry Club in cooperation with the University of Pittsburgh football and women’s volleyball teams and was a member of the Spanish Dentistry Club. Dr. Low is a member of the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, and the local 9th District Dental Association.
Dr. Low is an Eagle Scout and actively serves in the Boy Scouts of America. He was raised in Alaska and Ohio and attended Brigham Young University for undergraduate studies, majoring in Zoology with a Human Biology emphasis.
Dr. Low loves spending time with his family and in his spare time enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, skiing, and playing golf.
Brian D. Draayer, DDS
Dr. Draayer graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. While at Ohio State, he participated in many community outreach programs and volunteered his time with the Head Start Youth Program, which serves underprivileged children in Ohio. He also participated in dental missions that provided much needed dental care to the people of Jamaica. He is a member of the American Dental Association and has expanded his education as a certified Invisalign® provider.
Dr. Draayer was born and raised in the Ogden area of Utah. He graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. He was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout and enjoys golfing, fishing and skiing. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Dr. Draayer is excited to be in Billings and looks forward to serving the community.
Chase Yerger, DDS
Dr. Chase Yerger graduated from the prominent Oregon Health and Sciences University dental school. He was born and raised in Hardin and received his bachelor's degree from Montana State University in Bozeman. His focus was on returning to his home state and bringing his dedication to quality care back with him.
During his education in Bozeman, Dr. Yerger was committed to community improvement by participating in Big Brothers Big Sisters. He also helped youth as a middle school math tutor and performed oral health screenings in conjunction with local offices. In dental school, Dr. Yerger dedicated many hours volunteering on the community outreach pediatric bus and public health clinics in Portland. He has participated in the Give Kids a Smile program since 2006 and continues to do so in the Billings area. He also spent a great deal of time volunteering with the Northern Cheyenne Hospital in Lame Deer. He is an active member of the American Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Yerger enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sports, hunting and fishing, whitewater rafting, and other outdoor activities, including farming and spending time at the Yellowtail Dam.
Joseph Flechas, DDS
Dr. Flechas graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in southern California. During his studies, he was trained in all aspects of restorative dentistry and later became a professor of restorative dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. While in school, Dr. Flechas volunteered his dental services to many underprivileged families throughout southern California, as well as the people of Jamaica and Bangladesh.
Dr. Flechas grew up in western North Carolina where he developed a passion for sports and academics. His parents instilled in him the passion to succeed by working hard and to always look for ways to help the community around him. He completed his college education at Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee, and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Tri-County Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Flechas loves traveling, hiking, camping, biking, basketball, running, and soccer.
J. Ryan Palmer, DDS
Dr. Palmer graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. During his time at Ohio State, he provided dental care for underserved and inner city populations through the Ohio Project program and spent time volunteering with Give Kids a Smile and the Head Start youth program. Since graduating, Dr. Palmer has completed post doctorate courses focusing on implant placement. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Palmer was born and raised in the mountains of Logan, Utah, and after time spent in Oregon and Kiev, Ukraine, he returned to Logan where he completed his bachelor’s degree at Utah State University, majoring in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Russian. He is an Eagle Scout, and when he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active outdoors through hunting, fishing, and playing baseball.
Dr. Palmer, along with his wife and two daughters, is grateful to return to the mountains and looks forward to becoming an active participant in the Billings community and exploring the great state of Montana.
Jeffrey D. Wegener, DMD
Dr. Wegener is passionate about dentistry and enjoys building friendships with his patients. He is excited to be a part of the exceptional team at the Brewer Dental Center.
Dr. Wegener graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. While there, he volunteered with the Give Kids a Smile program and also participated in the Sports Dentistry Club and the Pediatric Dentistry Club. Dr. Wegener is always striving to expand his knowledge and has continued his education by completing advanced training in implant dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Wegener grew up in Logan, Utah. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Utah State University in Public Health. Away from the office, Dr. Wegener loves spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys playing basketball, football, golf, and spending time outdoors.
Ryan J. Ross, DDS
Dr. Ross graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry and is proud to be a part of the Brewer Dental team. At Indiana University, Dr. Ross was trained in all facets of dentistry and participated in pediatric, endodontic, oral surgery, public health, post doctorate advanced implant training and hospital dentistry rotations. He provided preventive treatment to the underserved children of Indiana by taking part in the Seal Indiana program, which brought a mobile clinic to elementary schools. He volunteered for a service trip to Honduras and provided much needed restorative and oral surgery treatment in small villages. He is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Ross was raised in Clinton, Utah, where he was an active member of his community and obtained his Eagle Scout award. He attended Weber State University with a major in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Ross enjoys athletics, hunting, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
David G. Crabtree, DDS
Dr. Crabtree graduated from Creighton University Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska. During his studies, he participated in the Give Kids a Smile program, volunteered many hours of service providing dental education to children in the Head Start program, and gave hygiene presentations at numerous elementary schools around the city of Omaha. He also participated in three internships while at school: a health services clinic at the Cherokee Indian Hospital in North Carolina, a two-week residency rotation at the University of Utah dental clinic, and finally at the Omaha Correctional facility providing treatment to the inmates.
Dr. Crabtree is a member of the American Dental Association and recently received advanced training in the placement of implants. He looks forward to furthering his training in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Crabtree grew up in Northern Utah and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Biology. He was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout and to this day is still involved with the scouting program. Dr. Crabtree has five wonderful children and a sixth due in November. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, basketball, racquetball, softball, and traveling, and he hopes to get involved in fishing and hunting now that he lives in Montana. Dr. Crabtree is very excited to be here in Billings and looks forward to becoming a very active member of the community.
